A Lowcountry native who built a global machine, and brought it home.
Born here. Started here. Came back with more.
- Born and raised in the Lowcountry
- Real estate career began in Charleston, 2007
- Founder, Damian Hall Group
- Blackstream | CHRISTIE'S International Real Estate
- Top 30 Christie's advisors worldwide, 2026
- RealTrends Verified: No. 30 in South Carolina, 2025 sales
- Christie's International Real Estate Council and Masters Circle
- More than $250,000,000 in career sales
Damian Hall grew up in the Lowcountry watching his grandmother sell houses in Summerville. He learned early what the business looks like when it is done personally: the phone answered, the client walked through, the house known before it is priced. He started his own real estate career in Charleston in 2007, straight out of college, and has not worked in any other industry since.
The Damian Hall Group grew up in Greenville and The Cliffs communities, where it became one of the Upstate's leading luxury teams. Along the way it set records that still stand: the second-highest residential sale in Upstate South Carolina history, the record sale in the city of Asheville, the Polk County record at Hidden Hollow Farm, the Lake Lure record. More than $250,000,000 closed across 198 transactions, with the results published live rather than quoted selectively.
What makes the group unusual is what it owns. DHG Studios is a production studio inside the brokerage, built over two decades of shooting islands, castles, horse farms and properties to $22,000,000. Damian directs the shoots himself: director, photography advisor, producer, and when the property calls for it, horse wrangler. The work has run in The Wall Street Journal and on HGTV. Southern Escapes, the group's media property, is read every week by the households leaving California, New York, New Jersey and Illinois for Charleston, Kiawah, Hilton Head and the Carolinas, which is a description of where a Charleston seller's buyer is coming from.
In 2026 Christie's International Real Estate ranked Damian among its top 30 agents worldwide and seated him on the brand's new Council, an advisory group of roughly forty advisors drawn from about 10,000. The Council met for its inaugural summit in Chicago. Damian's fellow members are the people he can call by name when a Charleston home needs a buyer in Miami, Park City, San Francisco or Los Angeles.
This practice is the homecoming. Charleston's peninsula, beaches and waterfront, from $2,000,000, with everything the group built elsewhere pointed at the coast he grew up on.
When you hire Damian, you get Damian.
Pricing, positioning, the film, the negotiation and every strategic decision flow through him. That is a deliberate constraint on how many Charleston clients the practice takes at once, and it is why the price floor exists.
Behind him is a team structured like a five-star hotel, each role specialized and aligned around one outcome. A Listing Director who builds the listing file and the preparation plan. A Client Experience Director who runs showings and feedback. An Operations Director who keeps every vendor, deadline and dollar on schedule. A Closing Concierge who manages every document from contract to keys. Damian leads the experience. The team supports every detail.
The Damian Hall Group

Erin Hubbard
Realtor, Listing Director
Erin is a licensed Realtor who represents sellers and buyers in her own right, and the Listing Director for the group. Every DHG listing runs through her from the first walk-through: the notes, the preparation plan and the listing file that the studio, the launch and the marketing work from. On launch day she runs the broker open alongside Damian and makes the calls to the agents most likely to have the buyer.
Hire Erin and you get an agent who has stood inside every DHG listing before it went to market. A client who wants to know what is happening with the house this week asks Erin, because she already knows.

One broker, a global network.
Damian practices at Blackstream | Christie's International Real Estate. Christie's International Real Estate is the luxury real estate arm of the auction house founded in 1766: about 450 offices, 10,000 advisors, 13,000 active listings at any moment, more than 50 countries and territories. For a Charleston client the combination matters in two directions. Locally, a native broker who has worked the Lowcountry since 2007. Internationally, a network that gives a Charleston listing access to buyers and advisors in markets where the Christie's name carries weight on its own.
As a Masters Circle and Council member, Damian can market a property quietly to that network before it reaches the open market, which matters for sellers who would rather not advertise a move. It works in reverse, too, giving DHG buyers early sight of properties that are not yet listed publicly.
